Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the performance of Australia Post or other delivery providers.

PUKZ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • Your item is damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

We will assess the issue and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

If you have any questions about a particular item, please contact us before purchasing.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless a product is faulty, damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

If a return is approved due to a fault, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different product, please return your eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Nothing in this Shipping & Returns Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
